Returns and Refunds

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us at jnaplustwostore@gmail.com if you need to return an item.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not acceptable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Failed Delivery

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that they are available to accept delivery of the products. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are returned back to us due to failed delivery attempts. Should your item be returned to us, we will contact you to arrange payment for your item to be sent out again.

For non personalised items you have the option of the cost of the product being refunded if you prefer not to have the item sent out again. Due to the nature of personalised items, we are unable to give you a refund on these items. 

If you believe that the delivery was returned to us in error then please contact us and we will investigate with the courier before sending out your item again.
