If you have specific requirements for your item, such as specific colour item, sleeve length or style, font or design, please let us know in the personalisation box, notes box or just email or message us.

If you don't provide specific requirements we will provide you with a standard item colour, sleeve length or style, font or design.

Our baby grows, tops and cushion covers are machine washable at 30/40 degrees and are best washed inside out on a gentle wash.
We don’t advise ironing on the vinyl or tumble drying (but test samples have survived the tumble dryer on the delicate setting!).

Our water bottles are hand wash only.

What are order turnaround times?

Our usual turnaround time is 14 days, during busy periods such as Christmas, Mothers day, Fathers day and Diwali this can be extend to up to 3-4 weeks in some cases. If your order is required to reach you by a certain date please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We love to make our customers feel special, so all orders are gift wrapped and we can add a customised message if you'd like.

If you need even fancier wrapping and packing we can do this for you, but it will be at an additional cost.

Currently we mainly ship within the UK. We do have items for EU and US shipping. However we can look into international shipping for other locations if required, this will have an additional cost.

Please bear in mind that we might not be able to provide this service to all countries as there might be customs or tax implications.

All sizes are approximate and it is up to the buyer to confirm the size that they require. We can only advise on the sizes and measurements we get from the supplier, so they won't be exact, but a rough guideline.
